1. Introduction

Welcome to Transform-X (www.transform-x.co), operated by Transform-X International Limited ("TX", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging in our coaching and consulting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

2. About Transform-X

Transform-X International Limited is a coaching and consulting business registered in England and Wales. We provide coaching, consulting, and educational materials to individuals and businesses.

3. Services Provided

Transform-X offers:

One-on-one coaching sessions
Group coaching & consulting
Workshops, training, and online courses
Digital downloads and learning materials

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, medical advice, or financial consultation. Clients are responsible for their own actions and decisions.

4. Use of This Website

By using our website, you agree to:

Use it only for lawful purposes.
Not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.
Not use automated means (e.g., bots, crawlers) to access our site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

5. Payments, Refunds & Results Guarantee

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment Required: All paid sessions and programs must be paid in full before the program start date. No paid services will be confirmed, nor provided, without payment.
Accepted Methods: We accept payments via third-party providers during the checkout process (including Stripe, PayPal and Klarna).
Third-Party Installments: Flexible payment options (e.g., installments) are offered through some of these providers and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Transform-X is not responsible for the administration or enforcement of these agreements.
Failed Payments: If a payment is not completed, or is later disputed, or reversed by your financial provider, Transform-X reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to sessions and programs until the issue is resolved. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to payment failure.
Additional Fees: Clients are responsible for any additional bank, transaction, or currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
Program Changes: Session dates, times, and locations are subject to change. If changes occur, Transform-X will notify clients promptly. Such changes do not affect the terms of this policy.

5.2 Refunds & Results Guarantee

At Transform-X, we guarantee results, not refunds:

At the start of your session, we will mutually agree on a desired outcome.
If this outcome is not met within the expected timeframe, we will continue working with you at no extra cost until it is achieved.
If one coaching approach doesn’t work, our Practitioners are trained to adjust strategies based on your needs.

5.3 Limitations

The results guarantee only applies if you have:

Fully participated in the coaching process.
Completed all assigned tasks and exercises.
Been honest and open throughout the sessions.

This is not a money-back guarantee. Once a session is completed, no refunds are available.

6. Food, Travel & Accommodations

Most Transform-X coaching sessions are conducted digitally, so this section applies only to in-person coaching arrangements.

If a special arrangement is made for an in-person coaching session, the Client is responsible for covering:

Their own food, travel, and accommodation.
The food, travel, and accommodation costs of their assigned Transform-X Practitioner for the duration of the session.

Any Practitioner-related travel & accommodation costs will be agreed upon before finalising the booking.

Failure to pay these costs in advance may result in session cancellation without refund.

7. Booking & Cancellation Policies

We apply different cancellation rules for short sessions (up to 1 hour, free or paid), and for long programs. A long program is defined as any Transform-X single-session service with a total duration of 3 hours or more, even if delivered across multiple appointments.

Short sessions (up to 1 hour): You may cancel or reschedule a free discovery call or One-on-One Coaching session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice may affect your eligibility for future Transform-X programs.
Long programs (e.g., Find Your Fire™, the Mythic Leadership Academy™) are subject to our Long Session Enrollment & Cancellation Agreement terms. Clients must review and accept these separate terms before booking. If a client does not agree to the terms, they should not proceed with booking.
The Long Session Enrollment & Cancellation Agreement is available on our website and at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

8.1 Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Policy, “Confidential Information” includes but is not limited to:

All coaching frameworks, exercises, and methodologies used in Transform-X programs, including, but not limited to Ergon™, Find Your Fire™ and the Mythic Leadership Academy™ suite of programs;
Proprietary gamification structures, mythological storytelling techniques, and NLP-based exercises;
Any written, visual, or digital materials shared before, during or after the program, including but not limited to session recordings, slides, workbooks, and notes;
Discussions, case studies, or strategies provided during live or recorded coaching sessions.

8.2 Ownership of Materials

All content, materials, and methodologies, used in Transform-X products and services, including, but not limited to Ergon™, Find Your Fire™, and the Mythic Leadership Academy™ suite of programs, and all related exercises, frameworks, coaching structures, gamification elements, and storytelling techniques, whether transmitted virtually, in-person, online, and whether distributed as printed materials (books, educational leaflets, or other), digital downloads, including all confidential materials as defined in section 8.1, are the exclusive intellectual property of Transform-X International Ltd. All materials are protected under UK copyright law, international intellectual property laws, and trademark protections where applicable.

8.3 Restrictions on Use & Licensing Opportunities

You acknowledge that participation in a Transform-X coaching program does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or teach these materials to others without explicit permission.

Specifically, clients may NOT:

Ø Use any program material for commercial or teaching purposes without a formal licensing agreement;

Ø Replicate, share, or distribute proprietary exercises, methods, or session content;

Ø Modify or repackage the methodology for resale or independent coaching.

Professional Coaches & Companies:
Transform-X International Ltd. welcomes inquiries from certified coaches, educators, and organisations interested in officially licensing our frameworks for use in professional coaching, training, or corporate programs. Licensing opportunities include formal certification, structured training, and ongoing support. To apply for a licensing agreement, please fill out our Licensing Inquiry Form.

8.4 Confidentiality & NDA Requirement

By purchasing and participating in long session programs, including, but not limited to Find Your Fire™ and the Mythic Leadership Academy™ suite of programs, clients agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which they must review and sign before their session begins. The NDA can be accessed and signed at the point of purchase.

8.5 Enforcement & Legal Recourse

Transform-X International Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action in cases of intellectual property infringement. All disputes related to intellectual property violations shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Coaching results are not guaranteed beyond our commitment to providing extra coaching time if necessary.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our website is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

10. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

Be honest and open during coaching sessions.
Take full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and outcomes.
Not misuse coaching materials (e.g., reselling content).

Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Transform-X is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller under ICO Number ZB756778. You can verify our registration on the ICO Public Register.

By using our services, you acknowledge that we process data in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.

By using our website or services, you agree to our data collection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. Website Content & User-Generated Posts

If our website includes blogs, forums, or community areas, users must:

Post respectful, non-offensive content.
Not post spam, hate speech, or defamatory material.

We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate posts.

13. External Links & Third Parties

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for external content and encourage you to review third-party terms before engaging with them.

14. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

Transform-X is not liable for delays or session cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics)
Government actions or legal restrictions
Internet or communication failures
Cybersecurity breaches or hacker attacks

If a force majeure event affects your session, Transform-X will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking, but refunds will not be issued.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes not resolved informally will be subject to arbitration in London, England, under the Arbitration Act 1996.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
