Step 1: Schedule your call using our automated booking toolbelow. Simply select the month, then day, and then slot within that day that works best for you, among the options available. You will then receive an automated email with a confirmation of your booking, link to your Zoom call, and option to add to your preferred calendar (Apple, Outlook or Google). You're all set! If you need to change or cancel your call, please do so within our 48-hr notice period. Cancellations past this window may affect your admission to any of our paid programs in the future.
Step 2: Complete your discovery profile. Upon completing your booking, you will unlock our quick, secure questionnaire. It includes just 3 mandatory questions to minimise the time you spend filling out forms - while giving us the most essential pointers on who you are, and what type of help you're looking for. Ultimately, the objective of your discovery call is to ensure we are a great match for each other, so you can leave all your future sessions with us fully satisfied.
Heads up on what to expect during the call. On your actual discovery call, we will discuss 3 things: your desired outcome, options with types of paid sessions we offer specifically for your needs, and investment plans for these sessions. You can consult our 'Programs' page at any time you wish to view our full price rates across our services - however please note these do not reflect exclusive member rates you may be eligible for, depending on your history with us, and / or any special promotion we may be running for the session you wish to book (Early Bird, Back to School, etc).
