Hi! My name is Amalia, Founder & CEO of Transform-X. For over 20 years, I built an international career as a senior marketing and sales leader in corporate giants like Procter & Gamble and Google. But the Billion Dollar P&Ls and awards don't tell the full story. A single test at school made me feel like a failure and an impostor for most of my childhood and adult life.
 
At the height of my career, I got very close to emotional and physical burn out. Finding little else than temporary relief in traditional coaching and talk therapy, I knew I had to go beyond.

After decades of research, study, and coaching direct reports, I developed Embodyship™: a unique method for deep transformation. After successfully applying it to myself, I have scaled it to 3,000+ individuals and corporate teams of all sizes to help them accelerate their leadership impact and career growth.
